Software Developer (C#)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Software Developer with strong C# expertise to join our FinTech team in the Western Cape. You will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Technical architectural design of new solutions.
• Develop and document design, source code and technical architecture.
• Maintain and manage existing source code.
• Design, develop and implement solutions to user requirements.
• Review, improve and test code, fixing bugs as needed.
• Coordinate with architects and business analysts to define functionalities.
• Develop technical solutions for complex business problems and enterprise‑level projects.
• Create logical and physical data models that meet application requirements.
• Mentor and support team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Passion for technology, strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
• Exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
• Sound knowledge of object‑oriented design principles and patterns.
• Understanding of ORM frameworks.
