Software and Systems Production Line Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software and Systems Production Line Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology team. This position is ideal for an Industrial Engineering graduate who is passionate about software, systems optimisation, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve production line documentation.
• Optimise input and output data production workflows.
• Monitor production systems to ensure stability, reliability and uptime.
• Support and enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production, software and data‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (4‑year qualification) from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong interest in software and systems development.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead or coordinate a small team.

Required skills

• Documentation tools such as GitHub and Adobe Acrobat.
• Scripting or application development languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, Lua).
• Experience with compiled languages, particularly C++.
