Social Media Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to bring structure, creativity, and momentum to our marketing initiatives. Based in Bryanston, you will coordinate campaigns, manage content schedules, and engage stakeholders to build a consistent digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects across various business divisions.
• Develop campaign timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines.
• Liaise with internal teams, designers, and content creators to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate the development of engaging content across social media platforms, maintaining content calendars and scheduling.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and enquiries, and ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist in developing social media and digital marketing strategies and stay informed on industry trends.
• Track performance using analytics tools, prepare KPI reports, and provide insights for future improvements.
• Maintain campaign trackers, project schedules, and marketing databases, supporting events and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow campaigns from planning to execution.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
