About the role
We are a U.S.-based cleaning company seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to handle lead follow‑ups, job scheduling, marketing posts and more. The position is remote and primarily targets candidates in South Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and follow up with Google LSA leads promptly.
- Schedule jobs and manage CRM tools such as Cleanworks or Launch27.
- Communicate with cleaners and clients via phone or text.
- Post to U.S. local platforms like Nextdoor and Facebook and assist in creating blog and social media content.
Required profile
- Clear, professional spoken English.
- Self‑managed, dependable and comfortable with phone calls and online tools.
- Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
- Reliable internet connection.
Required skills
- Cleanworks (CRM).
- Launch27 (CRM).
- Google LSA platform.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from $500 to $800 USD per month, based on experience.
- Performance bonuses tied to jobs booked and revenue milestones.
- Potential advancement into a management role.
- Additional local pay range of R10 000–R14 000 per month.
