Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Social Media Manager to be the online storyteller for our brands. You will shape and execute social media strategies that align with business goals, drive engagement and showcase our brand narrative across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive social media strategies and integrated content plans.
• Generate platform insights, track performance metrics and produce high‑level reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level team members, providing guidance on content creation and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, sales and other departments to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader business strategies.
• Establish and maintain social media policies, guidelines and best practices.
• Plan and execute long‑term social media roadmaps and strategic plans.

Required profile

• Relevant three‑year degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in community management and 2 years in social media management.
• Live event coverage experience.
• Proven ability to plan and lead community initiatives and track relevant KPIs.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
