Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and digitally‑savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our dynamic digital agency in Westville. You will manage multiple client social media accounts and develop engaging, on‑brand content across a range of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies and monthly content calendars for various clients.
• Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, short‑form videos, graphics, stories and other content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and relevant platforms.
• Write compelling captions and copy that align with each client’s brand voice.
• Plan, shoot, edit and schedule photo and video assets.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports with recommendations.
• Manage online communities, audience engagement and client approvals.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and other creative team members while meeting multiple deadlines.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• 2–4 years of social media management and content creation experience, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
• Proven ability to handle multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and attention‑to‑detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
