Skin Therapist – Retail (Gateway Concept Store)

About the role

Join Dermalogica’s Gateway Concept store as a Skin Therapist, delivering professional treatments while acting as a brand ambassador. You will engage customers, guide them through personalized skincare solutions, and help achieve store sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures according to Dermalogica standards.
• Take ownership of monthly sales targets and monitor daily goals.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with product selection and follow up via phone or email after sales and treatments.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory management, order unpacking and sales promotions.
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment area, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with at least two years of full‑time experience.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven retail sales track record and passion for skincare.
• Confident customer engagement and self‑motivation.
