Skin Therapist – Pretoria Area (Roamer)

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking qualified skin therapists to join its retail team in the Pretoria area. The role combines hands‑on skin treatments with customer engagement, aiming to turn visitors into loyal Dermalogica devotees while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures regularly and in line with Dermalogica standards.
• Own monthly sales targets and monitor daily goal achievement.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system after every visit.
• Assist customers with product selection and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment results.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory management, order unpacking, and sales promotions.
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment area, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with a minimum of 2 years full‑time experience.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail and a proven sales track record.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
