Skin Therapist – Ballito Concept Store

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking enthusiastic Skin Therapists to join the Ballito Concept Store. The role involves delivering Dermalogica treatments, driving sales, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures regularly and according to Dermalogica standards.
• Take ownership of monthly targets and monitor daily goals and achievements.
• Conduct accurate consultations and Face Mapping for each new client and update records in the POS system.
• Assist consumers with retail purchases and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment results and product usage.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory management, order unpacking, and sales promotions.
• Maintain the treatment area and other workspaces professionally, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 2 years full‑time training).
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail with a proven sales track record.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and converting them to Dermalogica devotees.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
