Site Supervisor – Tyre (Automotive & Fleet)

About the role
Our client is looking for a driven, reliable and trustworthy individual to join their Cape Town team as a site manager on their client’s premises. Candidates must have experience in tyre management and demonstrate strong character.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer relations and provide timely service.
- Accurate data entry and wage submissions.
- Attend to breakdowns within the agreed SLA timeframe.
- Conduct daily stock takes and vehicle checks.
- Manage on‑site staff and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure good communication with all stakeholders.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in on‑site tyre management.
- Technical tyre knowledge is essential.
- Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically capable of fitting, stripping tyres and conducting surveys.

What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from R 15 000 to R 18 000, depending on experience and knowledge.
