Site Supervisor / Manager – Glass Installation

About the role

We are a specialist contractor operating in premium residential, commercial and hospitality construction. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to lead the installation of glass systems across multiple sites in the Western Cape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations on residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct final site measurements and verify installation readiness.
• Ensure installations meet specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Perform quality control inspections, snagging and handover processes.
• Monitor health, safety and site procedure compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, project managers, architects, consultants and clients.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate activities with office, production and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate project records using cloud‑based project management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Foreman or Installation Supervisor in construction.
• Strong understanding of site operations, installation processes and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites in the Western Cape.
