Site Partner – Fuel, Convenience & QSR

About the role

The Site Partner will lead a multi‑site fuel forecourt, convenience store and quick‑service restaurant operation. Reporting to Executive Management, the role carries full responsibility for profitability, people management, compliance and overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership of fuel, convenience retail and QSR activities.
• Own profit and loss, cash handling, fuel and stock control, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage large teams (40‑300 employees) across multiple departments.
• Drive sales growth, margin improvement and identify additional profit streams.

Required profile

• Honesty, integrity and accountability for results.
• Resilience, initiative and willingness to work extended hours.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Degree at NQF Level 7 (or higher) in Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of senior retail or multi‑site managerial experience.
