About the role
Our client in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects, including high‑rise buildings and medical facilities. The role requires hands‑on oversight of teams, timelines, and on‑site processes to ensure successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Direct day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage budgeting and cost control throughout the construction phase.
- Enforce construction safety standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Oversee project controls, reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.
- Proven experience with high‑rise, hospital, and medical builds.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of South African construction safety regulations and contract law.

What we offer
