Site Manager – Cleaning Services (Cape Town)

About the role

We are expanding our cleaning services and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our Ndabeni site in Cape Town. The role involves ensuring the facility meets food safety standards, managing daily operations, and delivering high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on‑site operational functions.
• Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility that meets customer standards.
• Conduct inspections, micros, audits and handle customer feedback.
• Oversee site budgets and control man‑hours according to shift schedules.
• Handle staff management, resolve HR matters and mentor team members.
• Drive Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure internal audits are completed and close out non‑conformances (NCRs).
• Liaise daily with customers and support regional recruitment as needed.
• Coordinate training interventions at the site level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site or facilities management, preferably within cleaning or related services.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and staff performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to health, safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
