About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead and oversee operations on a high‑profile industrial building project in Sandton. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extending up to 18 additional months, focusing on safe and efficient site delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate trades.
- Ensure work progresses safely and in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Lead the site team, monitor productivity, and resolve on‑site issues.
Required profile
- Valid matric certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience on industrial building projects.
- Strong site management and supervision capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in earthworks is preferred.
