Shrink Wrap Operator (Contractor)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Shrink Wrap Operator to join our manufacturing team on a contractor basis in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg. You will be responsible for preparing and sealing product packs to meet production schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pack and shrink‑wrap products according to production specifications.
- Lift, move, and position heavy packs safely and efficiently.
- Ensure each pack is correctly sealed and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures during handling and packing operations.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- 2–3 years of experience operating shrink‑wrap equipment.
- Clean criminal record.
- Good communication skills.
