Shrink Wrap Operator (Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Shrink Wrap Operator to join our manufacturing team on a contractor basis in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg. You will be responsible for preparing and sealing product packs to meet production schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and shrink‑wrap products according to production specifications.
• Lift, move, and position heavy packs safely and efficiently.
• Ensure each pack is correctly sealed and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures during handling and packing operations.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 2–3 years of experience operating shrink‑wrap equipment.
• Clean criminal record.
• Good communication skills.
