Shopfitter Project Manager

About the role

Golden Empowerment Concepts is seeking a dedicated Shopfitter Project Manager to lead retail fit‑out projects from Randburg. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into successful installations while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply working drawings, plans, and technical documentation to shopfitting projects.
• Oversee manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project documentation is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or currently studying).
• Proven experience in shopfitting, manufacturing, and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans (non‑negotiable).
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous.
