About the role
Clicks is recruiting two permanent Shop Assistant Cashiers at its Vyfhoek store in Potchefstroom, North West. The advert is an employment-equity position with market-related remuneration, and applications close on 5 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Process point-of-sale transactions and collect payments accurately
- Handle cash safely and process Clubcard rewards
- Promote the Clubcard and enrol members
- Assist customers and explain promotions
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
Required profile
- Grade 12 is essential
- Customer-facing retail or FMCG experience is desirable but not compulsory
- Numeracy and computer literacy
- Good communication skills and customer-service knowledge
