Shipping and Logistics Coordinator

About the role
The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth end‑to‑end flow of CKD kits, components and finished vehicles across the supply chain, supporting uninterrupted production and on‑time delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for kits, components and finished vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor material availability.
- Manage customs clearance and required documentation in collaboration with logistics partners.
- Work closely with suppliers, internal teams and transportation providers to minimise delays.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise logistics processes.
- Ensure supply‑chain reliability and adherence to delivery schedules.
Required profile
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners.
- Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and material tracking.
