Shared Beauty Advisor – L'Oreal (40 hrs)

About the role

We are seeking a Shared Beauty Advisor for L'Oreal to join our Foschini store in the Midlands region. The role focuses on driving store turnover, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining product presentation in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover, acquire new accounts and meet reward targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
• Manage stock, conduct daily stock counts and ensure accurate inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase L'Oreal products.
• Execute administrative tasks related to sales and reporting.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in cosmetics.
• Strong selling ability and a keen interest in the beauty sector.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills across all customer levels.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to devise effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and pay high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management capabilities.
