About the role

We are seeking a Shared Beauty Advisor for the Elizabeth Arden brand at Foschini in the Gateway area. The role focuses on driving store turnover, acquiring new accounts and delivering excellent customer service while representing the brand in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Achieve store turnover targets, secure new accounts and earn rewards.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Manage stock levels, conduct daily stock counts and oversee visual merchandising.
Execute administrative tasks and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
2–3 years of retail experience.
1–2 years of cosmetics experience.

Required skills

Excellent selling skills.
Strong interest in retail and the cosmetics field.
Effective communication and persuasion at all levels.
Initiative, resourcefulness and ability to implement solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Customer service delivery, planning and organising.
Strategic sales planning and management of the sales process.
