Service Operations Coordinator (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Service Operations Coordinator to support a U.S.-based client. The role is fully remote, works on EST hours, and involves coordinating a high volume of service and facility jobs from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple active service and facility jobs simultaneously, ensuring progress through all required stages.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs from initial coordination through successful completion and close‑out.
• Engage with contractors, vendors, clients, property representatives and internal teams to keep work on schedule.
• Source, obtain quotations and select suitable service providers using sound judgement.
• Schedule contractors, arrange access, appointments, inspections and follow‑ups.
• Monitor job progress, identify potential delays early and take corrective action.
• Make regular follow‑up calls and persistently pursue responses from stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate job records, documentation and compliance information in the relevant systems.

Required profile

• Enjoys hands‑on coordination, taking ownership and solving problems.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of active jobs and switching priorities throughout the day.
• Proactive in identifying issues before they become delays.
• Communicates confidently, follows through persistently and can think independently when plans change.
