About the role
We are seeking a Service Advisor with at least 10 years of experience in the motor industry. The candidate must be proficient with AutoManage and capable of working independently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both the front office and workshop operations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while driving sales.
- Procure quality parts at the best price.
- Provide customers with prompt quotes.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years experience in the automotive sector.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy environment.
