About the role
The Service Advisor will manage the service reception, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional assistance from enquiry through invoicing and follow‑up. This position supports workshop utilisation and builds long‑term, profitable relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prepare for and initiate customer contacts before service.
- Analyse customer needs and promote service sales to deliver optimal solutions.
- Plan workshop workload to maximise capacity and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during their time in the workshop.
- Communicate clearly when returning vehicles to foster long‑term relationships.
- Conduct thorough post‑service follow‑up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Required profile
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Automaster experience.
- Costing experience is advantageous.
- Driver's licence is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity and compliance.
- Current role tenure of at least 1 year.
