SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise keyword portfolios to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on ROI and CPA reduction.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
