SEO Site Manager – South Africa & Nigeria

About the role

We are expanding our focus on organic search and AI visibility across key markets and need an SEO Site Manager to drive growth in South Africa and Nigeria. This hands‑on role will own day‑to‑day SEO execution, covering technical, on‑page, off‑page and content optimisation while collaborating with product, marketing and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the SEO strategy for the assigned markets, managing technical SEO, on‑page, off‑page and content tasks.
• Identify and prioritise organic growth opportunities based on market performance, search trends, competitor activity and commercial goals.
• Optimise site content through the CMS, working with internal and external content teams to implement SEO requirements.
• Support technical SEO initiatives, flagging issues and coordinating fixes with development teams.
• Contribute to off‑page authority‑building activities and monitor AI‑powered search visibility.
• Analyse performance data, apply CRO thinking and report results with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO with measurable impact.
• Strong content optimisation knowledge and understanding of search intent, site structure and user experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to link SEO activity to business outcomes.
• Experience working with content management systems and managing multiple projects.
• Advanced or native fluency in English; experience in iGaming is a plus.
