About the role

Join a respected wealth management firm in Cape Town as a Senior Wealth Manager Assistant. You will support a high‑performing Wealth Manager by delivering meticulous administrative and operational assistance, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new high‑net‑worth clients and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare and coordinate client review packs and documentation.
• Manage compliance tasks under FICA and FAIS, ensuring all files meet internal standards.
• Respond to client queries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist the Wealth Manager in focusing on relationship building by handling high‑volume detailed tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of administrative experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of FICA and FAIS compliance requirements.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and able to manage a high volume of tasks.
• Resides in the southern suburbs of Cape Town (office‑based role).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with XPlan (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
