Senior Warehouse Solutions Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will identify and secure large‑scale, profitable opportunities for our warehouse solutions portfolio. You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities across national markets and selected verticals.
• Develop and execute a sales approach that drives new‑business growth.
• Manage the solutions design process to create high‑quality, profitable proposals.
• Act as the primary liaison between MH Solutions, the solutions team, and customers.
• Build and maintain a multi‑year pipeline to support long‑term growth targets.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, CPIM, CSCP (MBA advantageous).
• Minimum 10 years of experience selling complex logistics and warehouse solutions to multinational clients.
• Strong negotiation, business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a hunter role.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of MS Visio.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Red Prairie, SAP).
• Experience with MS Dynamics.
