About the role
A leading attorney firm in Bellville is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Transfer Secretary with strong Development Transfer expertise. This senior‑level position involves handling complex transfer matters and may also be suitable for a qualified attorney.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Development Transfer work at a senior level.
- Process matters from initial instruction through to completion, including opening Sectional Title Registers.
- Draft all financial documentation related to transfers.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of Development Transfer experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
