Senior Territory Manager – Institutional Government Sales

About the role

Capital Growth is expanding its Government Sector Division and seeks a motivated Institutional Opener to drive business growth across key public institutions. You will be responsible for opening new territories, securing presentation opportunities, and building lasting relationships with decision‑makers in departments such as Education, Health, SAPS, and SANDF.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure presentation slots within government institutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Follow up on territory leads, uncover new business opportunities, and coordinate appointments for sales representatives.
• Support wellness programme initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
• Revive and expand existing institutional accounts.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Matric Certificate (essential).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management.
• Experience with government or PERSAL institutions is advantageous.
