Senior System Engineer - MSP Automation (Permanent WFH)

About the role

The Centralized Services Engineer I (Senior Systems Engineer – MSP Automation) is responsible for the operation, optimisation and evolution of internal and client‑facing IT environments. The role acts as a critical escalation point, drives automation initiatives and ensures robust backup and recovery using Veeam.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex help‑desk tickets and backup remediation.
• Design, implement and maintain Windows and Azure datacenter and cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy, verify and optimise Veeam backup solutions for internal and client environments.
• Maintain ConnectWise Automate (RMM) and ConnectWise Manage (PSA) platforms, including scripting and workflow automation.
• Manage Addigy and Intune (MDM) platforms and develop related automation.
• Conduct tool proof‑of‑concepts, integrations and patch management for Windows and third‑party software.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a similar MSP role with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
