Senior Student Advisor – National Recruitment

About the role

Our client, a leading tertiary education institution, seeks experienced sales professionals to join the National Office in Waterfall, Pretoria as Senior Student Advisors. You will drive national undergraduate recruitment, deliver impactful presentations and execute targeted sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at schools and career expos to showcase the institution.
• Collect and manage school databases to expand outreach.
• Make proactive calls, schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, following scripts.
• Assist candidates with online applications, follow up on payments and convert interviews into applications.
• Support campus registration by converting applications into enrolments.
• Maintain daily reports, update CRM and ensure documentation is complete.

Required profile

• National Diploma (NQF6) with at least 3 years sales experience (preferred).
• Or National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with at least 5 years sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students, parents and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations at schools.
• Target‑driven, tenacious mindset with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
