Senior Specialist – Mass Market Solutions

About the role

Openserve, the infrastructure arm of Telkom SA, is looking for a Senior Specialist to lead its Mass Market Solutions portfolio. You will shape broadband and SMB product strategy, drive commercial growth, and ensure the offering stays competitive across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for broadband and mass‑market segments.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from concept through launch, including roadmap planning.
• Analyse industry trends, customer needs and technology shifts to align with business strategy.
• Support business opportunities, structure deals, conduct value analysis and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain portfolio performance through reporting, trend analysis and post‑implementation reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, produce solution requirement documents and ensure timely product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy, market‑solution development and broadband portfolio management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
