Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deliver clean, efficient, maintainable code.
• Lead the creation of scalable applications aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection and design patterns.
• Translate complex user and business requirements into secure, robust solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices and optimise performance, reliability and scalability.
• Write and maintain unit, integration and functional tests; lead code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers and influence technical direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level software developer in a fintech or similar high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, QA, support and engineering teams.
