About the role

We are seeking a senior software developer with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our fintech technology team. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, high‑performance solutions that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Legal, Data, Risk) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while continuously improving existing implementations.
• Own deployment processes, ensuring reliable releases and robust disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Mentor junior developers, support onboarding, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Identify and close gaps in system observability, alerts, and runbooks to enhance stability.
• Advocate for non‑functional requirements such as accessibility, performance, and security.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of object‑oriented design principles and patterns.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex problems while seeking help when needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
