Senior SOC Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Senior SOC Analyst to join our 24x7 Blue Team. You will work within a global SOC environment, handling alerts from a variety of security toolsets and contributing to the growth of our security operations centre.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and investigate security alerts across all toolsets.
• Lead triage, containment and remediation for complex incidents.
• Develop and optimise detection rules, correlation logic, playbooks and automations.
• Prepare detailed intelligence reports and maintain SOPs, use cases and SOC documentation.
• Configure, maintain and support security toolsets, including SIEM and EDR deployments.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in a SOC or CSIRT.
• Proven incident‑response leadership following established IR lifecycles.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Strong networking expertise and ability to analyse suspicious traffic.
• Relevant certifications such as CREST Registered SOC Analyst, CompTIA CySA+, CASP+, and Blue Team Level 1/2.

Required skills

• Experience with EDR, XSOAR, SIEM and IDS/IPS technologies.
• Use of vulnerability scanning and web‑application penetration testing tools.
• Network traffic analysis and malware behaviour analysis.
• Scripting and OS hardening techniques.
