Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead multiple eCommerce engagements for premium online brands. This remote freelance position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage end‑to‑end project delivery while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO and support projects, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage Asana boards, risk logs, change requests and coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, design, SEO, email).
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates via Loom, email and meetings, and lead review calls and roadmap discussions.
• Identify upsell and retainer opportunities, support quoting and proposal preparation.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to SOP improvements, workflow optimization and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management or digital‑agency operations.
• Proven track record managing Shopify or eCommerce projects from kickoff to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commercially minded with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
