Senior SAP ABAP Developer – Warehouse Management, Logistics & AI

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join a dynamic global IT environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, enhancing and supporting complex SAP solutions for warehouse management, logistics execution, production planning and related supply‑chain functions, while driving AI‑native development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance complex SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Drive implementation of AI and agentic AI capabilities within the SAP development environment.
• Maintain and optimise SAP functionality for Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution and Production Planning.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyse and clarify complex requirements.
• Develop and support system integrations, interfaces and SAP enhancements, including unit, system and UAT testing.
• Provide third‑level production support, troubleshoot issues and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Present technical concepts and solutions to IT and business audiences and guide Agile delivery teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• SAP ABAP Certification with at least 6 years of ABAP development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

• SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro, ALV, BAPI, BADI, SAP Enhancement Framework.
• VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI implementation.
• EDI/IDOC, OData Services, SAP Smart Forms, OSS Notes, SPAU.
• SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views.
• Experience with Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, Production Planning.
• SAP UI5/Fiori, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP.
• Java, JavaScript, Web Services.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, SAP Cloud ALM.
