About the role

Join a prestigious luxury fashion brand as a Senior Sales Representative, delivering an exceptional, personalised shopping experience in a high‑end boutique environment. You will own the sales floor, build lasting client relationships and help drive the boutique’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a tailored shopping experience for every client.
• Develop and nurture a loyal VIP client base.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Lead the sales floor, mentoring junior team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and flawless boutique presentation.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges and special orders professionally.
• Support stockroom organisation, replenishment and stocktakes.
• Assist the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day boutique operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior or retail sales roles.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail is highly advantageous.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Polished, confident and professional presence.
