Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Terra Parts & Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the earthmoving parts market. You will act as the primary point of contact for both suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless order processing and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Process supplier and customer purchase orders accurately.
• Communicate regularly with directors, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare quotations, convert them into confirmed orders.
• Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
• Promote products and build brand awareness.
• Manage internal and customer WhatsApp groups to facilitate communication.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required profile

• Matric (Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in earthmoving parts.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Catsis and Prosis systems.
• Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, Pastel or SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
