Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – Internet/Fibre

About the role

Our client, a leading ISP in South Africa, is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager for its Cape Town office. The role focuses on driving new business for Internet, fibre and related connectivity services and requires deep knowledge of the local market and competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise and wholesale customers across the ISP portfolio.
• Conduct prospect meetings, present solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain a pipeline of high‑value opportunities and achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with competitor offerings and market trends.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the ISP or telecom industry.
• Proven hunter mindset with a strong existing client network.
• Own a reliable vehicle for client visits.
