Senior Retail Consultant – Hazelwood

About the role

Hertex Fabrics is seeking an energetic Senior Retail Consultant to lead the HAUS store in Hazelwood, Pretoria. You will be responsible for driving sales of luxury homeware, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Drive a motivated store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage stock, merchandising standards, and showroom operations.
• Build long‑standing relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee order processing for additional showroom products.
• Support external sales consultants and the payment process.

Required profile

• National senior certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and store‑lead experience in a retail environment, preferably luxury.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale systems and conducting regular stock takes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Professional appearance, self‑motivation, and strong business acumen.

Required skills

• POS (point‑of‑sale) system proficiency.
