About the role
Ready to take your theatre nursing career to the next level? A leading private healthcare facility in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join its specialised surgical team in a technologically advanced operating theatre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide perioperative patient care throughout surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain aseptic standards and adhere to theatre protocols.
Required profile
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Diploma or degree in Nursing.
- Post‑basic qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing.
- Previous experience working in an operating theatre.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
