Senior Project Manager – Snowflake & Business Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Snowflake data platform implementation. The role involves coordinating the Business Intelligence team, managing project delivery and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure reliable data, reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Snowflake implementation from planning through development, testing, deployment and handover.
• Coordinate delivery across BI developers, data engineers, architects, analysts and implementation partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements and delivery milestones.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating blockers and driving resolution.
• Oversee data integration, migration, pipelines, data modelling and reporting activities.
• Coordinate Power BI delivery, ensuring reporting requirements align with the Snowflake platform and business needs.
• Work with stakeholders to define priorities, agree acceptance criteria and track progress.
• Ensure security, data governance and operational support requirements are incorporated into delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience leading technical BI or data engineering teams and managing Snowflake implementations.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration and data modelling.
• Excellent project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical delivery challenges into clear business updates and decisions.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
