Senior Project Manager – Oracle Transformation Programme

About the role

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a six‑month Oracle Transformation Programme. The role focuses on migrating the organisation from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring the programme aligns with business goals and technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the end‑to‑end migration from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Coordinate architecture design, integration activities and testing governance across multiple workstreams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee risk, issue and change management processes throughout the programme.
• Report progress, financials and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project or programme management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale Oracle transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and cloud migration projects.
• Experience managing large, cross‑functional teams and multiple workstreams.
• Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
