Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the analysis and delivery of a Staff Fund MBS solution. The role will involve overseeing complex, large‑scale projects within the financial services sector, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end analysis and implementation of the Staff Fund MBS solution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks for large‑scale initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including executives, to secure alignment and approvals.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate.
• Produce regular forecasts, financial reports, and status updates for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of proven project management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering large, complex projects in finance, insurance, or fintech.
• Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
