Senior Project Manager – IT Software Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of software development, technical implementation, and maintenance projects for NTTA’s Information Technology Department. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, work closely with vendor project managers and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed work plans, track schedules and budgets, and report progress.
• Manage risk, issues, and resource planning across multiple projects.
• Oversee vendor project managers, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with change‑control and security policies, including PCI DSS.
• Document meetings, decisions, and critical conversations.
• Participate in procurement activities, including writing scope documents and serving on selection committees.
• Occasionally act as Business Analyst to support project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing software or technical implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams where members do not report directly to you.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle rapidly changing priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with PCI DSS compliance.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Familiarity with IT security policies and emerging privacy concerns.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range from $111,525 to $146,744 per year.
• Retention bonus of $1,500.
