Senior Project Manager – Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements for our consulting practice in Germany. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, with AI embedded in every delivery step, and requires ownership from project inception to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, understand business needs and translate them into project scope and outcomes.
• Plan, allocate resources and steer delivery across all phases, monitoring risk, budget and quality.
• Build and lead cross‑functional, multi‑country teams, ensuring the right skills are in the right seats.
• Manage project profitability, cash‑flow and forecasting, correcting deviations in collaboration with finance.
• Apply AI tools daily to generate status reports, roadmaps and KPIs, and document prompts and workflows for reuse.
• Continuously improve delivery standards by capturing lessons learned and raising performance bar.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder consulting projects.
• Strong command of both classic and agile methodologies and the judgment to apply them appropriately.
• Ability to work closely with clients, think in solutions and own results.
• Confident in handling contracts, change requests and commercial negotiations.
