About the role

Join Brandtech+’s eCommerce Content Factory as a Senior Project Manager, driving the creation and localisation of high‑volume beauty content for skin and hair categories across multiple European markets. You will blend creativity with strict compliance, ensuring that each piece meets local legal and scientific standards while resonating with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated beauty and e‑commerce projects from concept through delivery.
• Oversee high‑volume adaptation across various channels, maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
• Utilise project‑management and creative software tools to streamline workflows and communication.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for updates and changes.
• Monitor multiple concurrent projects, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the beauty and/or fashion sectors (mandatory).
• Solid background in e‑commerce project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume content adaptation while ensuring compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with creative software tools used in content production.
