Senior Project Manager – AI, CX & Digital Transformation (Hybrid)

A dynamic, fast‑moving business in the insurance and financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager passionate about technology, AI and digital innovation to transform customer experiences. The role offers the chance to turn complex ideas into well‑executed, business‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, establish delivery plans and manage execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management and governance.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, influence stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of AI‑enabled CX and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs, adjust plans as needed and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who can translate business challenges into clear project outcomes and work confidently with senior technology and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, cross‑functional projects, manage risks, budgets, resources, timelines and keep customer outcomes at the centre of delivery.
• Demonstrated skill in bringing structure to ambiguity, challenging and negotiating when required, while maintaining focus on business results.

Required skills

• Experience leading AI / artificial intelligence initiatives and customer‑experience (CX) transformation projects.
• Hands‑on background in digital transformation, technology enablement and data‑driven business optimisation.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional technology and business projects, delivering customer‑facing digital products and solutions.
